Hoosier Prairie Elementary

Welcome to Hoosier Prairie Elementary School, Home of the Pioneers!

Hi!  My name is Mrs. Sharon Manley,  I am the Principal of Hoosier Prairie.  I am so excited to get to know you and your family!

If I’m familiar to some of you, that’s because I am a former Pioneer!  I taught at Hoosier Prairie for 18 years.  In 2018 I moved to Terre Town to take on the role of Assistant Principal.  I have had a great experience there and I have learned so much!   

I am a local member of our community.  I live west of Prairie Creek on a small little farm!   My husband Larry, is retired from the Terre Haute Police Department and cares for our small farm.  We have cows, horses, and dogs!  Our 3 children, Mara, Isaac, and JohnMichael all attended Hoosier Prairie as well.  We have a long and wonderful relationship with the Hoosier Prairie school community.
